Monologue

hello welcome back to my book I'm going to show you the monologue that I am doing.
9.Pirate: Can I talk like a pirate?  Ay, matie!  Avast! Ahoy!  Aye-aye, I can!   Shiver me timbers! I can talk like a pirate better than any lily-livered, jelly-legged sea-goer that ever there once was!  I says whatever I’ve got to say in a pirate way and if any bilge-sucking buccaneer says I don’t, I’ll cleave him to the brisket!  I swear on Davy Jones’ Locker, to be a true blue pirate you’ve got to be able to load a cannon and fire it- but most important you’ve got to talk like a pirate!

Thank you for looking at my blog hope you enjoyed

Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

The Maori term for 'Mental and Emotional Wellbeing' is Taha Hinengaro.

I think Mental and Emotional Wellbeing is a state of wellbeing in which you realise your own potential and cope with stress of life to become a proud and productive citizen of a communtity.

Little Reminders

To create a new habit, start small and add it on to an existing habit.
eg. to make sure your drink water, have a glass while you make your toast.

I have learned that it is ok to feel sad and worried, it is ok to feel tired, it is ok to ask for help

Facing Fears

There is a lot of things is life that we can't control, but we can control how we react, what we say and the people we share this with.  Focus on what we can change.

We all get anxious in certain situations.  If you get anxious, find a quiet place and focus on breathing in and out.

From this picture, I have learned that feeling worried is a normal human emotion.  It is my body trying to protect itself.  It is temporary and will pass.
