1. get the equipment
2. put one tablespoon ginger in the cup
3. half fill the cup with warm water
4. add one teaspoon of yeast
5. mix it all together
6. leave it to ferment for six days
7. taste it

4. citric acid
5. baking soda

instruction 

1. wash your hands 
2. get your equipment
3. put the paper on your table 
4. get piles of the 3 powders 
5. mix some of the 3 powders with your popsicle stick 
6. taste the sherbet 
7. if there is too much baking soda add more citric acid
8. if there is too much citric acid add more baking soda
9. if it doesn't taste good add more raro
