Equipment
- sugar
- baking soda
- golden syrup
- table spoon
- pot
- cookie cutter
- baking paper
- bunsen burner
Instructions
- wash your hands
- get equipment
- set up the bunsen burner
- put the pot on the tripod over the bunsen burner
- light the bunsen burner
- add 5 tablespoons of sugar to the pot
- add 2 tablespoons of golden syrup to the pot
- melt and mix
- turn off the gad and add one tablespoon of baking soda and mix
- scrape the hokey pokey onto the baking paper
- let it cool for 1 minute
- press a cookie cutter into the hokey pokey
