Writing Week 5

Hello,

Welcome back to my blog today I am learning contrast and compare. compare means seeing witch is better .

We look at some sneakers and scuffs and write something about contrast and compare then we had to look at a conclusion.

Here is what I have done.

  

Week 5

Compare and Contrast

Contrast: 

Despite, However, Yet, Rather, Instead, Otherwise, Even though

Compare: 

Likewise, As well as, Either, Similarly, In the same way

Compare and contrast the two styles of footwear. Start with this sentence and finish the other two. Add your own compare and contrast sentences.

Introduction:  Today we are looking at a pair of sneakers and a pair of scuffs.

Compare: The sneakers are made for running. Similarly, the scuffs can be running shoes.

Contrast: Instead of having shoelaces  like the sneakers, the scuffs are easy to put on .

Conclusion: I think that the running shoes  are the better choice because you can always run.

Here are some example you can use to stay netiquette online. Don't write in all catalpa letter or else the person will think you are screaming. Write kind things don't write mean thing.

My Writing

Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to talk about what I have done in writing. 

 I have learned a new word it is onomatopoeia. It mean a word that is a sound like boom, raw or  bang. We had to watch a video and write some bullet points about what has happened in the video. Then we had to put it in paragraph and highlight the the bullet points that you used.

Here is my writing.
I am running an 800 meter track race in a 7 year old heat.The man in the hives jacket  was talking in a loud voice to all the runners so we knew where to stand. I heard the crack  from the pistol that the man in the hives jacket was held .I darted from the race track like a lighting bolt .The people’s feet behind me was patting the ground like crazy.I could hear the  audience going crazy I could see lots of signs that said keep ruining .The commentator was talking fast as the racers were running.I could hear my heart pounding up and down really fast.
Here is my bullet points.

• The man in the hivers jacket  was talking in a loud voice to all the runners so we knew where to stand.

Shoe Box DLO

Welcome back to my blog today I am doing a shoe box DLO. We are making a box and we are explaining what area and volume is. We had to get an image of shoes and meager the width,depth and area of the shoe.When you meager how wide it is you need to times it by 2 because there are 2 shoes in the box.
