Aim:
I want to find out what type of bacteria are around our school.
Research:
method
equipment
- cue tips cotton buds
- agar plates
- marker pen
- tape
instructions
- get your equipment
- wash your hands
- use a marker pen to write your name and location on the lid
- wet the cue tip and swab the surface
- gently swab the agar plate
- tape around the edges of the agar plate
- put the agar plate in an incubator overnight
- observe the plate the next day
